With financing in place to determine the price range and a completed IDEAL HOME PROFILE, our Real Estate professionals will use all of their resources to find the homes that most closely meet your criteria.
This will start with a search of the appropriate Multiple Listing Service. This is a computerized list of EVERY HOME currently offered for sale by every real estate agent, from every Real Estate company,
in the area.
In addition, your Real Estate professionals will search the MLS for homes that have previously been listed and have now been taken off the market, unsold. They will contact the owners of any such homes that match your criteria to determine if they may still be interested in selling. Your Kelly Agent also maintains a proprietary list of homes offered For Sale By Owner. Your profile will be compared to those homes as well. And finally, we will use our exclusive COMMUNICATION SYSTEM to broadcast your profile to the other active agents in the area. They often are working with people in preparation for putting a home on the market or they may know of people interested in selling, but who do not yet want their home listed in the MLS.
These searches will provide an initial list of homes for viewing. Many homes have “Virtual Tours” available. These can be viewed on-line with your realtor. While “Virtual Tours” are not enough to actually make a purchase decision, it often will allow you to save time by eliminating homes from consideration and will provide your Realtor with additional insight to your taste and preferences in a home.
In addition, if it is determined that, because of your timeframe, specific feature requirements, or other considerations, a new home, or a custom-built home best fits your needs, your REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL can help you locate a lot or subdivision and match you with the builder that can meet your unique IDEAL HOME PROFILE requirements.
If, after using all of these resources, no homes are found which meet your criteria, your profile will be entered into our computer system. Each day, your profile will be automatically compared to every property that is listed by every agent in the market. When homes that match your criteria come available, you will be notified by phone or email. Your Kelly Agent will follow-up to arrange a showing of any that are of interest to you.
